Cholesterol management is assessed individually as part of the broader CVD Risk Reduction Program, and recommendations may change as your risk factors change.

Your pharmacist will assess your individual suitability, including your relevant medical history and current symptoms, before proceeding. 

This service supports ongoing management of an existing risk profile; a new diagnosis requires assessment and testing by your GP.

No - an initial diagnosis and full lipid panel needs to be arranged through your GP.

Will this consultation include a blood test?

Not typically - this consultation focuses on reviewing your existing risk factors and management; a full lipid panel is arranged through your GP.
